Beginning in April 2024, I became the target of a completely unprovoked and overwhelmingly under-researched digital harassment smear campaign, initiated by certain online entities and corporations in Belgium.
This ongoing incident coincided with a noticeable surge in malicious activity from a known disinformation network, intensifying around my birthday, April 18.
Interestingly, the formation of a specific corporate entity, which appears linked to an AI marketing firm in France, seemed linked precisely with these escalating online aggressions. This connection highlights a disturbing trend in the weaponization of advanced digital tools.
Throughout subsequent months, now almost a year, this Belgian enterprise consistently published numerous intentionally defamatory videos, culminating in the creation and dissemination of AI-generated deepfakes.
These heavily manipulated deepfake explicit images, designed to defame, and tarnish my every being as a woman, were strategically integrated into their smear campaigns, showcasing a sophisticated and deeply unethical use of technology.
In response to these outrageously aggressive planned attacks, my team initiated immediate rightous legal action, filing Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) claims against the infringing copyrighted, stolen content, and further consulted with the European Union Delegation to the United Nations for guidance.
Their counsel reinforced the importance of formal police reports for escalating harassment and pursuing international copyright claims to address cross-border violations.
However, these private legal processes were then brazenly compromised by the very entities we sought to engage with for assistance.
Within hours of our team's confidential legal communications being sent, private emails were unethically published and intentionally manipulated across social media platforms in a coordinated smear campaign attack.
This serious breach of privacy was framed as a false narrative of "doxxing," despite the actual definition of doxxing being the "unsolicited publishing of private information", which was precisely what was inflicted upon me.
Despite my efforts to block these entities, their harassment relentlessly continued, extending to my family.
This entire terrible sequence of criminal and intentional events underscored a deeply unsettling pattern of organized digital aggression.
We identified multiple entities, including a corporation based in Belgium, responsible for creating a significant number of these highly unethical and pirating "hit job" videos ranking over 5 created, with various mentions of my name in every other video/stream. These are not isolated incidents but part of a systematic operation.
Beyond the intentional, relentless harassment, these criminal actions directly resulted in alarming instances of identity theft. My personal information was exploited to engage in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized service requests for weight loss programs and automobile services, with my agent's contact details frequently provided in these illicit transactions.
This intentional intrusion into my life, orchestrated by entities operating under the guise of anonymity, represents a profound violation of personal and professional boundaries.
My documentary, Project: Bullyish, delves into these complex and insidious tactics. The official film exposes how seemingly legitimate companies engage in the premeditated creation and dissemination of false narratives, leveraging digital platforms to manipulate public perception and exploit individuals.
The film explores how various corporate entities, sometimes with international ties, utilize highly advanced digital tools and even influence vulnerable individuals, including minors, to amplify their intentionally malicious campaigns.
This disturbing involvement of children in what amounts to sophisticated online manipulation, often through platforms such as Discord, reveals a chilling new area in digital warfare.
These premeditated orchestrators, far from being casual online commentators, are individuals with financial backing and structured businesses, actively constructing false realities.
My ongoing collaboration with law enforcement, including open criminal police reports against several individuals involved and FBI IC3 reports concerning international perpetrators, highlights my unwavering commitment to seeking justice and illuminating these grave digital threats.
Project: Bullyish serves as a crucial educational resource, demystifying these intricate operations and advocating for a safer, more accountable digital future where such exploitation cannot thrive.
Across various known social media platforms, certain entities in Europe have engaged in a sophisticated campaign of digital deception.
This multi-year operation (almost spanning 10 years, starting when I was 15) involved the fabrication of fictitious narratives and the unethical manipulation of digital assets, including the distorted presentation of private communications and screenshots, all manufactured to intentionally mislead audiences.
My formal interactions with this Enterprise and corporations underneath, were limited to initiating Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) processes, and filing a complaint with the U.S. Copyright Office to address direct intellectual property infringements. One complaint included pirating over 4 minutes of the Project Bullyish: Official Lillee Jean Story globally screened documentary film. None went through, no strikes were had, stolen I.P. (Intellectual Property) remained up.
However, the persistent and severe nature of these calculated actions formed a strategic re-evaluation of my legal recourse. While initially pursuing civil avenues like copyright claims, the aggressive and potentially criminal intent behind this orchestrated smear/harassment compelled a decisive pivot towards seeking criminal repercussions.
This strategic shift underscores the gravity of these online aggressions, recognizing that copyright protection alone is insufficient to address the profound and threatening scale of such malicious conduct.
This evolution in understanding the necessary legal response is a crucial aspect explored within Project: Bullyish, my documentary.
As a filmmaker, I believe it's vital to educate the public on the insidious tactics employed by these sophisticated actors – how they leverage digital platforms to construct elaborate deceptions, infringe upon rights, and orchestrate campaigns that extend far beyond mere online commentary.
The documentary I made, and screened highlights why recognizing these behaviors as potential criminal acts, rather than just civil infractions, is paramount for securing justice and fostering a safer, more accountable digital environment for all.

The woman, a public figure and book author in Belgium, has been harassing me extensively, as evidenced by her Twitter account.
Simply search for "Billie Jean", "jean", or "Lillee Jean", and you'll see the numerous tweets. These empty items to school-yard bully, and belittle, while portraying the Entity as a victim, is a classic tactic by cereal harassers.
This persistence has necessitated further action, leading to additional FBI IC3 reports and direct consultation with the European Union Delegation to the United Nations.
My commitment to understanding and combating intentionally orchestrated digital harassment campaigns has only deepened through ongoing experiences. These campaigns, often characterized by a relentless surge of under-researched and negative content, with stolen I.P. across various social media platforms, continue to be a subject of intense scrutiny.
It has become clear that these operations deliberately exploit legal processes. Formal communications, initiated solely for intellectual property protection and to alert responsible entities, have been unethically breached and publicly misrepresented.
This absolute disregard for privacy and due process underscores the malicious intent behind these campaigns, raising profound concerns about the weaponization of legal systems for further harassment and the creation of false narratives.
For an extended period, these entities have consistently propagated fabricated information across digital platforms, deceptively portraying themselves as victims to garner support from vulnerable audiences. Utilizing my face for a year with disparaging false narratives.
This strategic dissemination of false claims and emotionally charged narratives is designed to manipulate public perception and recruit new participants into their damaging activities.
Confronting Persistent Digital Harassment
A critical aspect of these operations, which Project: Bullyish examines in depth, is the alarming serious involvement and manipulation of vulnerable individuals, including minors, within these digital environments.
Evidence reveals discussions on certain Discord and Telegram servers that include highly inappropriate content, even in the wake of the proliferation of illicit deepfakes on me (NYPD involved with subpoenas sent).
This exploitation of young people, often facilitated by adults with seemingly established online presences, represents a serious ethical violation and a grave threat to children's safety online.
The film Project Bullyish underscores the urgent need to address the repercussions of adults engaging with minors in such compromising digital spaces, especially when those interactions lead to criminal acts such as identity theft and the fraudulent use of personal information.
My ongoing police reports and FBI IC3 reports against individuals involved in these international campaigns reflect my unwavering commitment to seeking justice and holding all responsible parties accountable for these violations of law and digital ethics.
Persistent Digital Aggression: Legal Recourse and the Imperative of Digital Accountability
My investigations into these activities have revealed disturbing practices within certain online communities associated with these perpetrators.
This includes well-documented instances of discussions surrounding illicit imagery and the creation of manipulated deepfakes, which led to the filing of additional police reports due to the severity of the violence incited.
These entities operate on public servers, deliberately disseminating misleading narratives to a broad audience, including vulnerable minors.
Specifically, one Entity operating from Belgium, has demonstrated a consistent pattern of violating established anti-harassment, online piracy, and audiovisual piracy laws, drawing parallels to the robust legal frameworks across Europe that protect individuals from such digital aggression.
This behavior is not an isolated incident; it represents a wider pattern of creating comprehensive digital profiles on individuals, as cartoons, not a face, and systematically harassing those they target.
This requires increased awareness and coordinated efforts to maintain digital integrity internationally.
This is not the first instance. For example, one of the companies in Belgium, in question, is violating international boundaries. Creating dossiers on individuals (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jk2mHryRGdTBWOGsvQNrG44ORYnjazEcYlJss9_EI7E/edit) and harassing victims of her misconduct makes it crucial to make this information public.
Below, you will also find this entity owner on a server belonging to a person involved in these malicious campaigns against my family, where explicit photos were discussed just a few days ago.
I had to file another police report due to the violence caused.
As this person is a representative of the Belgian enterprise in question, she violates Belgian anti-harassment and online piracy laws, including audiovisual piracy, furthermore. The involvement of these adults on servers with children needs to be addressed.
*It is vital to note this Enterprise has pirated my movies, doctored emails, and encouraged a hateful environment for my family and I.
As of September 2, 2024, CleoreYTB Corporation "Enterprise" has done the following:
Started in April 2024 with an underresearched, pirated video on me.
Started in May 2024 coming into my websites despite being blocked en-masse.
Got several YouTubers from the Lillee Jean Clone Cult involved in her mass hysteria.
Caused mass hysteria through knowingly lying, and creating false stories on me and my family.
Yielded a man going by DevilsAdovcate, in Belgium, who has ties to the Euro Commission, talking to children as young as 16 in said YouTuber's Discord Server to "rile" them up.
Every few days went on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, to insert herself in other people doing slaughter campaigns against me to be a "victim".
Every few days disturbed my peace of mind since she entered my life in April of 2024, creating "Cleore VS Lillee Jean" battles that do not exist.
Contacted my agent asking if they represented me, further harassing aspects of my life. The email came from Belgium.
As of early Summer created a Moroccan following that are French-speaking, with a child who has been harassing my family for weeks. This enterprise knowingly is involved with grooming the child to be regularly on neo-nazi sites Kiwifarms and LOLCOW.
As of September 1, 2024, after not writing to me for a few days, took screenshots of my articles to mock and make fun of them. The articles had nothing to do with her.
As of December 2024 has been involved in identity theft of my name with medical companies, and cars with an associate of the enterprise. NYPD detectives were alerted, and FBI IC3 reports were filed and escalated.
As of December 24th, 2024, this corporation conducted a live stream that incited violent reactions calling for explicit actions to be done to my body. This was sent to the cops working the case, which includes this corporation's owner.
As of December 25, 2024, this corporation TWITCH streamed and included me in over three minutes of discussion, utilizing copyright material. In the clip, she incited a riot of deliberately misguided people while claiming to be ripped off of her cover art...of my face, which I own the photos of. This harassment has only escalated. Criminally with threats, and on a suing level of harassment, ruining my branding in French markets with deliberate hateful and venomous tactics for her own profit off utilizing my face.
As of December 26th, 2024, another IC3 FBI report was filed as told by the police to do, as this federally has reached not only explicit deepfakes stemming from this corporation's actions but, threats of bodily harm.
As of January 18, 2025, this enterprise has nonstop Tweeted about my family and me, claiming to be receiving emails from my corporation's email. My family has had no contact with this enterprise and instead has resorted to sending these tweets to the NYPD working on the case since this enterprise, in a video in December, had the deepfake explicits in their video defaming me.
As of January 21, 2025, changed cover photos on YouTube stealing more copyrighted content from my website. Made red marks near my nose to instigate physical harm to my nose.
Since January 2025, several streams mentioning my name in videos having no reference to me, to create harm. Clear intent is had with transcripts edited to spell my name properly, when the auto transcripts spell it wrong. No communications have been had with this Enterprise.
My commitment to combating the dangerous nature of online digital aggression is underscored by the multiple FBI IC3 reports I have filed concerning the sustained activities of certain entities.
These reports reflect an ongoing and relentless campaign of harassment, which has reached considerable levels of intensity despite my consistent lack of engagement with its perpetrators. I have had no discussions with these perpetrators, beyond legal representations.
The "End Lillee Jean" campaign is marked by the intentional production and spread of poorly researched and negative digital content. A common strategy includes crafting false stories and misrepresenting facts to produce sensational headlines and capture public interest.
These tactics often aim to twist reality, creating misleading impressions and luring others into their harmful plans.
Such deliberate efforts to spread misinformation and cultivate mass hysteria are profoundly concerning.
I have filed additional criminal reports, and I am actively pursuing criminal action against Entities involved in these campaigns. My resolve is firm in ensuring that individuals and organizations responsible for digital harassment and false propaganda are held accountable for their actions.
For a comprehensive exploration of these complex tactics and to understand the individuals and networks publicly engaged in these damaging behaviors – from relentless harassment to persistent attempts to undermine an individual's digital presence – I invite audiences to delve into Project: Bullyish, my documentary.
The film serves as an essential educational resource, dissecting the mechanisms of online manipulation and advocating for a safer, more transparent digital landscape.
Updated 2025; ongoing investigative work is being had by the NYPD, and FBI due to the criminal nature of this entity and who they work with.
