Exposing the YouTube Automation Agency Pipeline: CTR Traps, AI Deepfakes, and Monetized Harassment | Project: Bullyish by Lillee Jean

This article will be quite a ride to read, but a fast one at that. While it summarizes my previous work on rackets run through monetized hate-for-profit, it dives into how clear, persistent cyber-harassment and defamatory video campaigns targeting entertainers and public figures are often assumed to be "organic public commentary". I am here to say, tap the big red "NO"! Many are false, not valid, actively deceive the public, and rob talent of their art.
Entertainers: LISTEN UP! This forensic mapping I conducted reveals a starkly different reality than just "videos". It reveals a highly organized, profit-driven corporate pipeline operated by YouTube automation agencies (I redact the company names for purposes of this being a study), media companies, remote production teams, as well as black-hat marketing firms.
Analyzing the forensic flowchart, as you see above, of monetized "exposed" work, reveals how agencies hire thumbnail specialists, deploy AI face-warping tools, and exploit stolen copyrighted imagery to manufacture high-retention outrage loops for commercial gain.
1. Tracing the Corporate Pipeline: YouTube Automation & Media Agencies

FALSE PROPAGANDA - AI DEEPFAKE
TCP IP LOGS, HIGH PROBE/DDOS
RESULT OF THE BOT SCRAPING
BOTS FROM THEIR NETWORKS
At the base of the harassment ecosystem doesn't sit a sole person, but commercial YouTube automation agencies and media companies. These are businesses built with a purpose to scale faceless channels (some do show their face for "authenticity") and monetize niche commentary without public disclosure. They get paid with "PORTFOLIOS" of work of stolen IP ranging from political figures to celebrities.
As documented in my forensic files, these automation firms manage remote teams of freelance or favorite scriptwriters, editors, and channel managers. In some studies I've done, these firms claim key performance metrics such as "scaling channels to monetization under 25 days" and "delivering 500+ videos with optimized retention and CTR". It's pure deception. Industry job postings for these media networks literally seek thumbnail designers and editors skilled in "performance and psychology!" They demand "scroll-stopping, high-converting thumbnails" engineered around curiosity, contrast, and emotional manipulation.
In internal recruitment documentation and job descriptions, these agencies even openly admit the psychologically demanding, predatory nature of the role. Therefore, acknowledging that manipulating outrage for clicks is a grueling, dark task designed purely to exploit human psychology for corporate profit. By targeting an artist's name, niche, or big, with sensationalized clickbait titles (such as manufacturing "dark reality" or "exposed" narratives), these agencies systematically manufacture drama to drive watch time, force paid affiliate links, and secure ad monetization under stolen likenesses. In many instances, some even sell products near the artist's face shamelessly.
2. The Mechanics of the CTR Trap & AI Face Distortion

REALITY VS HOAX
PII MONETIZED
To maximize view counts and algorithmic placement, though I many times question authenticity, automation agencies and black-hat marketing firms apply rigorous psychological engineering to their visual assets!
"Bad faith designers" use bright red sensational text overlays (e.g., "EXPOSED," "FAKE," "CRIMINAL"), and sensational hooks specifically crafted to exploit viewer emotion and force high click-through rates. Nowadays, these farms utilize artificial intelligence filters to enhance imagery as well. These agencies manipulate authentic, copyrighted portraits into grotesque, exaggerated, or unnerving caricatures. This deliberate bad-faith warping triggers psychological intrigue while attempting to evade standard automated image-matching filters. In my own experience, high-resolution photographs registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (including filings VA0002499352, VA0002499353, and VA0002501283) are scraped en masse and forced into commercial video thumbnails without license, authorization, or consent.
Coordinated Bot Traffic & Cross-Border International Ingestion
Once an automation agency produces a batch of deepfake-laden videos, and some shocking work (in one, a blood-red stain was placed on my face, in a threatening way), they deploy coordinated upload schedules. So, it's not just one; it's several at once in a month.
These agencies frequently distribute production across international jurisdictions. This includes contracting click farms in India, proxy routing in Thailand, video editing hubs in Vietnam, or hosting infrastructure in Europe, under the delusion that geographic distance grants legal immunity. False.
To jumpstart platform algorithms and narratives, these agencies manufacture fraudulent tales to:
Coordinated Upload Traffic: Multiple channels within the same media agency network publish synchronized videos featuring identical scraped imagery and recycled narrative points.
Artificial Engagement Boosting: Automated bot networks generate artificial view spikes, upvotes, and comments during the initial hours of publication to trick platform recommendation systems into flagging the video as "viral news".
International Bot Distribution: Syndicated upload streams route traffic across international proxy backbones to mask the agency's primary physical location and inflate audience metrics.
4. Legal Accountability & Evidence Telemetry
Operating an automation business around non-consensual media exploitation, AI deepfakes, and copyright theft is not protected commentary; it violates clear federal, state, and international legal frameworks. The fascinating part, taking myself, is October 2025, Tencent/ACE began data scraping me harshly, causing my site to crash. Within weeks, bad-faith uploads began; my identity was stolen, false adult sites popped up with my name and AI deepfake videos. All from that one ripple in time.
Here is the truth:
Willful Copyright Infringement (17 U.S.C. § 501 & Berne Convention): Scraping registered photographic assets (VA0002499352, VA0002499353) and featuring them in commercial, ad-monetized video thumbnails constitutes willful infringement actionable across 180 treaty-signatory nations.
FTC Deceptive Trade Practices (15 U.S.C. § 45): Utilizing knowingly false engagement, artificial CTR manipulation, and hidden agency coordination to mislead consumers and sell affiliate products violates federal trade rules.
Commercial Misappropriation (NY Civil Rights Law §§ 50-51): Non-consensually deploying an entertainer's face, likeness, and altered synthetic media to drive agency revenue provides direct grounds for statutory damages and injunctive relief.
Cross-Border Enforcement (Budapest Convention & MLATs): Operating through foreign production hubs in India, Thailand, Vietnam, or Europe does not shield agencies from U.S. long-arm jurisdiction, federal grand jury subpoenas, or international asset freezes.

By mapping the corporate pipeline behind hate-for-profit automation, primary legal truth supersedes manufactured digital noise.
