Ah, Project Bullyish as a study makes you see the world differently. This most recent investigative study I directed and produced (Lillee Jean Productions does trailers/teasers), documents the truly clinical chain of custody behind coordinated cybercrime networks. While I have gone into depth about identity theft, deepfakes, fraud, and modern-age con artists, this teaser visually unmasks how bad actors deploy these tactics.
From AI deepfakes to identity theft with MASSIVE numbers of accounts used to fool consumers, as well as synthetic media to execute targeted defamation campaigns. Note my article on Online Forums Are Not Primary Sources as a basis for in depth study as well.
The evidentiary teaser capture featured in this latest Project: Bullyish teaser I suppose, exposes the full scope of these black-hat operations:
Deploying racist and antisemitic caricature accounts designed to frame the victim in a fraudulent "RICO loop" - it's catchy and gains VIEWS' (Violates federal civil rights protections (42 U.S.C. § 1985) and state hate crime statutes (NY Civil Rights Law § 40-c); triggers E.U. illegal hate speech prohibitions under the Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 34/35) and the E.U. Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA on combating racism and xenophobia)
Running deceptive auto-play view manipulation while gaming, and ad-fraud schemes constitutes unfair and deceptive trade practices under the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and U.S. wire fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1343), while also breaching E.U. commercial transparency and consumer protection mandates under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (Directive 2005/29/EC).
Publishing real-world threats online as an omnipresence is gained through camaraderie in these networks - the "cops can't get me" - I have official police intervention occurring; Note: real-world threats and cyberstalking across digital networks violates federal interstate communications law (18 U.S.C. § 875) and federal cyberstalking statutes (18 U.S.C. § 2261A), while directly breaching E.U. public safety mandates and crisis response protocols governed by the E.U. Digital Services Act (DSA, Art. 18) requiring immediate notice to law enforcement.
Publishing en-masse impersonation accounts that engage with fans, family, and colleagues to spread smear messages. These accounts deployed go from "fans", to "hate-for-profit" as they find their way into monetized videos, and websites. This all constitutes false designation of origin and commercial misappropriation. Violates the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125), while violating common-law rights of publicity and E.U. fundamental personal data protections under Article 6 & Article 17 (Right to Erasure) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Operating as organized harassment rings (like a Russian nesting doll of companies) operating as hidden corporations and hiring third-party entities to manufacture hit pieces: Outsourcing and commercializing targeted defamation through third-party paid entities establishes pattern-based enterprise liability under the Civil RICO Act (18 U.S.C. § 1961/1962) and U.S. civil conspiracy law, while exposing intermediaries and corporate actors to strict liability under E.U. corporate due diligence and platform compliance frameworks (E.U. Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and DSA Art. 28 regarding commercial transparency).
Edited and directed by myself, this release underscores the urgent necessity for strict digital rights governance, civil rights advocacy, and true platform accountability.

Within this particular teaser is the continued unmasking of the financial motives, outsourced labor forensically traced, and racial/religious discrimination behind organized harassment rings. This effort is done to bait audiences and drive revenue high.
All in all, this recent teaser, to celebrate Bullyish's return to film festivals, is a true highlight of the urgent necessity for stricter digital rights governance, meaning the bad guys no longer walk around with words thin as water in contradiction to their true crimes, as well as having actual platform accountability.
