Lillee Jean: Internet Bully Groundbreaking Documentary on Criminal Harassment
Official Project Bullyish Award Winning Film Poster

When I released my award-winning documentary film, Project Bullyish, my true intent was quite simple: to utilize my professional voice as a director to rip open the terrifying dark reality of coordinated online stalking and criminal harassment, bottom up.

For far too long, the narrative has been controlled by digital perpetrators who hide behind anonymity, but in my research, all have been backed by digital media agencies and legitimate corporations. This statement serves as the definitive record concerning the orchestrated, false narratives, IP piracy, and deepfake threats that my work, Project: Bullyish, has been written to expose.

Project Bullyish: An Award-Winning Documentary Exposing Coordinated Cyber-Harassment

Lillee Jean: Internet Bully Groundbreaking Documentary on Criminal Harassment

The facts are, Project Bullyish is a viral, award-winning documentary that marks a significant entry into investigative filmmaking for me.

My cinematic experience moves beyond personal accounts, when, between each frame, a forensic examination of coordinated cyber-harassment, digital stalking, and the alarming reality of weaponized anonymity is shown. It is not bullying. It is coordinated, malicious acts, to in their own words, as shown in the film "bring [me] down".

Bullyish, as it's sometimes referred to as by those the documentary touched, is a film that professionally showcases the systemic failures that enable digital abuse, including the documentation of verifiable crimes such as doxxing, swatting attempts, and the non-consensual use of AI technology. If platforms had responded properly, perhaps this wouldn't have reached such a height. Safe harbor does not protect against neglecting legitimate paperwork.

By meticulously detailing the mechanisms of organized online harassment and demanding harsher legal accountability, the documentary establishes myself as not merely a subject, but as a woman who is a dedicated filmmaker and strong voice, committed to driving substantive change in digital policy and public safety.

There are laws on the books; let's use them.

The Smears: How Project: Bullyish Proves the "Bully" Myth is Criminal Gaslighting

The above screenshots are alarming, as they should be. As director, I meticulously chose the medium of documentary filmmaking to expose this charade, and how these fabricated identities by digital media corporations are deliberately imposed upon victims as a form of criminal gaslighting, intended to invalidate their experiences and neutralize their pursuit of justice. I.E: they can attack you, you can't fight back. They become...."VICTIMS".

I utilized this medium of film to demonstrate that these persistent, coordinated attacks, involving doxxing, the creation of A.I.-explicit deepfakes (the NYPD subpoenaed YouTuber discord servers in relation to this crime in 2024), and threats of violence, are not random conflicts, but actionable criminal acts.

The available evidence above, as a small sample, further substantiates this conclusion.

This criminal activity is directly grounded upon by the systematic, uncompensated piracy of my intellectual property, which is ongoing. This theft is a clear violation of the Berne Convention, the international treaty governing copyright protection for creative works. The aggressors attempt to mask their piracy of registered works (see my works here) behind a deliberate and deceptive misrepresentation of "fair usage." They work it, to fit their own needs. Why you. might ask? Well, this legal distortion is coupled with the simultaneous and disingenuous use of terms like "stalked" and "harasser." The sole purpose of this dual narrative is to create maximum ambiguity, successfully confuse the audience, and manipulate public perception toward the aggressors' malicious objective. It generates MONEY through Telegram, Twitch, YouTube, and other big platforms.

Further screen captures above show internal communications confirming discussions among the aggressors regarding the creation of non-consensual AI nudes of me, and illicit gambling related to their harassment efforts. This comprehensive documentation dismantles their claims of being harassed, proving that their counter-narrative is nothing more than a manipulative bait-and-switch tactic. Accountability is now decisively shifted to the perpetrators, a reality being enforced through ongoing law enforcement engagement.

Criminal Harassment in the Spotlight: Bullyish's Impact on Laws, Deepfakes, and Global Audiences

Project Bullyish transcends personal narrative to function as a globally significant legal and socio-political piece.

As director, my objective was to bring light to the severe regulatory issues surrounding criminal harassment and digital abuse. It's not about bullying; it's about criminal activity online. They type, even if you "left" or "came off" the internet, they still follow you. The film provides definitive evidence demonstrating that non-consensual deepfake generation, which constitutes a form of digital impersonation and defamation, is a clear violation of personal rights, aligning with the principles of copyright and moral rights protected under the Berne Convention, and criminal conduct codes in New York City.

It should be noted that jurisdictions worldwide have established precedents for this criminality: the UK's Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Singapore's Protection from Harassment Act 2014 both successfully prosecute cases of online trolling and cyberstalking, proving that the "course of conduct" online is illegal.

By detailing the successful pursuit of police reports and court actions—which in the U.S. now benefit from federal statutes like the "Take It Down Act" targeting non-consensual deepfakes—the work underscores the necessity for comprehensive legislative reform.

Project Bullyish is one of my best works, and serves as a powerful call to action, utilizing the medium of cinema to impact global audiences and necessitate immediate changes. The film currently in France has had an excellent impact, with the people embracing these truths.

"Bullyish explores people given incentives of game cards and college payments paid off, for return of work including: ghostwriting slander pieces, writing comments of hate amongst several accounts to make it seem like a crowd, making sure threads do not fade so they don’t get archived, and manipulating seo to ensure financial security and gain." - Lillee Jean Trueman Source: Filmmakers Making A Social Impact: Why & How Filmmaker Lillee Jean Trueman Is Helping To Change Our World (Authority Magazine)
