I have always felt it is my duty, as the Director of the award-winning documentary Project: Bullyish, to issue a definitive professional record of all that has occurred to me. The gritty, the raw, the truth. This Bullyish editorial concerns the verifiably fake fabrication of an identity by digital media corporations for profit, greed, and scandal, and the systemic digital persecution I've endured.
I am neither a YouTuber, nor an influencer, nor an Instagram Model. I was never self-represented in those capacities. I am a trained professional—a multi-award-winning filmmaker, director, actress, and writer.
The core of this falsehood, by American and international companies using my face for mass profit, rests on digital corporations en masse that produce and disseminate malicious "content" as a commodity, pawning themselves off as legitimate "creators" for illicit personal and financial gain, often driven by gambling desires and piracy revenue. My work, which is copyrighted and federally registered, stands as the authentic professional record, directly refuting their commercially fraudulent and legally indefensible claims.
It is quite clear to me to state with absolute clarity that the true scandal lies not in my professional persona, but in the calculated digital malfeasance perpetrated by aggressors. It's been 10 years of crimes.
The Crimes They Lead: Non-Consensual Deepfakes and IP Theft: The Criminal Core of the False Narrative
Examine the evidence above. CRIMINAL.
I don't perceive any victimhood from the planned aggressors. Instead, I observe that the public is unaware that these YouTube channels are connected to digital corporations based in countries like Singapore, China, Belgium, and the Netherlands, among others. These channels exploit individuals who initially seek out positive content, thinking they are supporting an "authentic" individual. Guess what. That voice-over artist is behind a scriptwriter, SEO expert, and more!
These acts include the production and dissemination of non-consensual A.I. explicit nude deepfakes of my body on YouTubers' Discord servers, coupled with a saturation of the digital sphere with deliberate false narratives. Within the Bullyish movie, it can be shown how they operate, with the masse accounts, and falsehoods to confuse the public.
This entire criminal enterprise is predicated upon the piracy of registered intellectual property for illicit financial gain.
I have responded to this sustained, injurious attack not with foolish rhetoric, but with forensic evidence and the full deployment of the legal system, and the criminal justice system, ensuring that this film serves as the factual and unassailable judicial record.
Above, to me, I see the stark image of a minor's face plastered across content designed to achieve millions of views, paired with FLASHY keywords and false narratives. It is not commentary; each of the 300+ videos is calculated, public exploitation of a child's image, and my registered intellectual property for personal, malicious, and financial gain.
The totality of the evidence reveals a coordinated campaign involving identity theft, intellectual property theft, and credible threats to my life spanning several years. Each criminal acts, spanning from Chan boards, which are shown in my documentary movie, are coupled with a deliberate, SEO, high-volume saturation of search engines. They use sensationalized terms like "doxxing," "insane," and "fake"— designed to disseminate false narratives and bury the true factual content. Such as, their very servers were subpoenaed by the NYPD, for deepfake A.I. nonconsensual photography of me.
The volume of this malicious material is stark proof of a criminal agenda.
The Fraudulent Persona: Exposing the Digital Agencies' Calculated Lie
It's been 10 years. The fabrication of a "YouTuber" or "Instagram Model" identity was not accidental; it was a calculated corporate strategy used by these agencies to mask the actual financial crime. As I've discussed before, about SEO manipulation, this is quite literally how they do it: start with an innocent face, and destroy it bit by bit.
The entire purpose of these corporations creating these false, low-value market identities was twofold, in my opinion. First, to establish a pretext for their IP piracy, (they can hurt you, you can't fight back legally - they send people after you socially, and sometimes on your property), and second, to easily monetize the resulting sensationalized false narratives.
By mislabeling my professional status, they sought to justify the theft of my visual identity and federally registered works under the deceitful guise of "commentary."
Crucially, the aggressors' subsequent deployment of a fake stalking claim serves only one objective: to distract from their own verifiable, actionable crimes. These crimes are live in Discord servers, today.
The reality is that I have been engaged with law enforcement since last year, actively pursuing criminal action against the individuals involved, including a Michigan corporation and a Belgian enterprise.
This investigation was triggered by forensic evidence confirming the storage and exchange of non-consensual AI deepfakes within their private Discord servers. Therefore, the true crime is the production of illicit, defamatory content; the counter-claim of victimhood is nothing more than a desperate and transparent legal maneuver designed to evade severe criminal liability for digital gaslighting.
Litigating Against Crimes
The only way to fight this is to report. Report to the cops crimes such as identity theft, and utilize the legal process, for an effective countermeasure to a criminally organized digital attack. The forensic evidence is clear: the aggressors are engaged in the calculated exploitation of a child's image, strategically positioned in high-ranking videos alongside sensational, false narratives. The organized effort to profit from my identity is a direct violation of the Berne Convention, coupled with the intent to injure my reputation, elevates the misconduct to digital piracy and actionable defamation.
This is no longer a safe harbor for a platform when the victim is exploited on such a level that legitimate papers are ignored. In the United States, I am pursuing criminal action under federal statutes like 18 U.S.C. § 2261A, and state laws targeting criminal harassment, focusing on the aggressors' reckless disregard for the truth. The documented non-consensual deepfake generation also falls under federal statutes like the "Take It Down Act," which specifically criminalizes this material.
