Dispelling Digital Hoaxes: Material Facts, Penal Standards, and the Legal Inadmissibility of Online "Audit" Tools | Project: Bullyish by Lillee Jean

In the online landscape, bad-faith syndicate networks that masquerade as "commentary", frequently attempt to disguise their illicit corporate defamation, and, organized harassment as "free speech" or "public critique". Bah to that, as with Project: Bullyish, I have uncovered several black-hat and grey-hat marketing agencies behind the black market trade. However, for today's short piece, we will discuss to my own best knowledge, statutory penal codes and established case law, that, draw an absolute legal boundary!
You cannot weaponize fabricated narratives for profit, recycle archived youth media for profit, and deploy automated sock-puppet networks to generate financial ad revenue. It constitutes unlawful commercial exploitation and actionable cybercrime. This deals with deliberate brand defamation and how bad-faith actors utilize their "party tricks" such as (.io follower data scrapers) to deceive the public about their true crimes (monetized sealed judicial records, explicit deepfakes, threats to life, packages sent in the mail... I could go on).
Within this article, I show the underlying criminal mechanics. The juncture where bad-faith actors monetize fabricated narratives into criminal harassment for profit, while projecting their own black-hat practices onto working entertainers, establishes the definitive legal record. Understanding the vast gulf between material facts admissible in a court of law and speculative internet chatter is essential to dispelling these hoaxes and educating the public on digital safety.
Statutory Case Law: Actual Malice and Monetized Defamation

PII MONETIZED

HOAX VS REALITY
Under American jurisdictions, the legal standard, to the best of my knowledge, for public figures and entertainers requires proving actual malice. Meaning that perceived false statements were published with knowledge of their falsity to deceive, or with reckless disregard for the truth (New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254).
When bad-faith networks operate for financial gain, actual malice is clearly established through statutory precedents:
Calculated Financial Motive (Sullivan & Successor Precedents): When these networks that go into Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and more, generate continuous, serial video output, sometimes synchronized, by fabricating "hoaxes," inventing fake medical conditions, or weaponizing uncalibrated .io audit tools, their financial gain directly demonstrates a reckless disregard for truth in pursuit of ad monetization. Some, have even, in my case, had SPONSORS next to my face to monetize the hate-for-profit loop.
Defamation Per Se (New York State Law): Under New York law, statements that falsely harm an individual's professional integrity, trade, or accuse them of criminal deceit constitute defamation per se. Harm is presumed by law, exposing bad-faith actors to substantial general and punitive damages.
Commercial Appropriation (NY Civil Rights Law §§ 50-51): Non-consensually recycling an entertainer’s image, likeness, or archived photography from their youth, with provable material fact, to drive monetized video traffic or sell subscriptions violates New York's statutory right of publicity, providing direct grounds for injunctive relief and monetary recovery.
Federal Cyberstalking & Unlawful Trade Practices

SOCK PUPPET DEPLOYMENT
SOCK PUPPET DEPLOYMENT
The financial exploitation of targeted harassment extends beyond torts and into active federal criminal statutes. Above are examples of sock-puppet deployment to sway narratives. This is a story, however. The people doing that illegal, FTC-violating act, are shown in the screenshots on dark forums with life threats, real-world surveillance and tracking, and demanding "surrender". Thus, hiding the veil of their true intentions, and crimes.
Interstate Cyberstalking (18 U.S.C. § 2261A): Federal law prohibits engaging in an intentional, continuous course of conduct using electronic communications to harass, intimidate, or place a target under substantial emotional distress. When these operations are conducted by organized syndicates to drive commercial revenue, when provable, federal investigative agencies (including the FBI IC3) step in to execute grand jury subpoenas. Victims need to report each crime to the IC3, and give that to your local precinct as a paper trail.
FTC Deceptive Trade Practices (15 U.S.C. § 45): Operating coordinated sock-puppet accounts, buying automated forum upvotes, and misleading the public with fake "audit statistics" to drive commercial ad revenues violates Federal Trade Commission regulations against deceptive commercial practices.
If using a woman's name for years for proven profit wasn't deceptive enough with legitimate sponsors, and deliberate false narratives - let's reverse this, and take it to bad faith actors own false statistics to inflate numbers, and make it SEEM a particular way.
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030): Deploying automated bots, proven scraping private web infrastructure without authorization, or manipulating network traffic constitutes unlawful computer trespass. This can be further seen in my article on a DDOS attack (rapid malicious IP's hitting a domain, causing downtime in very simple terms) I faced, and how the materials miraculously ended up in massive videos starting January 2026.
3. Deconstructing the Recycling Loop: Perpetrators as Profit-Driven Criminals

HOAX VS TRUTH
HOAX VS TRUTH
HOAX VS TRUTH
The true pattern of these syndicates is not "investigative journalism". Most telling these tall tales, don't even hold a professional certification, professional training, or degree in the subject; they fool the public like demons with a can out, trying to make a penny off someone else's back. They're unqualified to analyze any type of analytics, in fact. Thus, it is a hate-for-profit business model! Above are THREE HOAX Vs. TRUTH forensic collages. See samples of a RICO loop being exposed, and how they commercialize slogans and pseudo-cures to sound intelligent and purposely fool consumers (hello FTC).
Recycling Archived Youth Media for Serial Output: Bad-faith actors perpetually cycle through photos and media from an entertainer's youth. Acknowledging an artist's natural maturation, dramatic training, and directorial achievements destroys their ability to recycle stolen legacy media for perpetual views. If they acknowledge change, or age, then people will realize how old their hoax is. To give as an example, these bad-faith syndicates intentionally promote a revisionist hoax that I "popped out of nowhere" in 2017. I started professionally in 2010 around, with documented presence in 2015 under another moniker.
The hoax, while eras seem trivial, when told through a lens of malice, completely erases my documented work history prior to 2015, including my early dedicated websites featuring stop-motion films, and commercial acting bookings for high-profile legitimate brands. Suddenly, all becomes "fake" despite being easily searchable.
Acknowledging an artist's continuous work since childhood, natural maturation, dramatic training, and directorial achievements destroys their ability to recycle stolen legacy media for perpetual views. If they acknowledge change, age, or decades of real work, people will realize how old their hoax is.
Manufacturing "Event Hoaxes" for Click Rates: Stripping context from supporter fan edits or art and falsely claiming the artist "fake-attended an event" is a deliberate tactic to create clickbait drama out of thin air.
Manufacturing False Health & Personal Claims: In extreme cases of criminal aggravated stalking, forum operators invent non-existent health conditions, fabricated medical histories, or altered biographical details based on anonymous forum threads. Generating invasive medical rumors represents an unlawful invasion of privacy and actionable defamation per se under statutory law (mostly you must prove harm financially and emotionally)
The "Fake Metrics" Fallacy: Claiming that a public figure's digital reach is fabricated relies entirely on false, uncalibrated third-party .io websites. These commercial scrapers do not possess backend platform access, server telemetry, or verified IP connection logs. In my studies, NO COURT CASE has ever used a .io as a meter for truth. It's as of today, October 10, 2026, a party trick...only where the bird never pops out of the hat.
The Irony of Black-Hat Projection: "Commentary channels" that operate automated sock-puppet accounts and bot networks rely on psychological projection. Falsely accusing working professionals of "fake engagement" to distract the public and search engines from their own illicit network operations. Why do those who only "speak" seem to have an audience? No professional careers...just "online"? I have traced many of those to MARKETING AGENCIES.
Why Uncalibrated .IO Scrapers Fail Judicial Evidentiary Standards
Just to continue this point, in court, evidence must be forensically authenticated. Commercial web scrapers and .io audit tools carry zero judicial admissibility! Third-party scrapers, as they're automated scrapers, flag privacy-protected users, quiet followers, or platform-wide account purges as "fake," rendering their "audit reports" legally void.
These commercial scrapers do not possess backend platform access, server telemetry, or verified IP connection logs. Courts and law enforcement agencies (such as the NYPD 109th Precinct, FBI IC3, FTC, and USPIS) evaluate real empirical proof from platforms (if someone is brought before FTC claims) raw TCP/IP connection headers, verified server logs, and subpoenaed account records.
Primary Records vs. Forum Noise: The Path Forward
The true record of an artist or filmmaker is found in verifiable, primary documentation! Never through not anonymous forums, they're NOT RELIABLE, nor fact-checked by credible journalists.
Documented Industry History: Over a decade of verified commercial acting bookings, directorial film slates (Project: Bullyish, So Lillo Qui), dramatic training, and continuous production work.
Statutory Federal Intellectual Property: Registered copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office (such as VA0002499352 and PA0002583099) that establish official human authorship and legal standing.
Active Law Enforcement Filings: Official evidence preserved and submitted to local police precincts (e.g., NYPD 109th Precinct), the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
