Harassment, Doxxing, and Defamation: Director Lillee Jean Trueman on Project: Bullyish Film

Harassment, doxxing, and defamation are quite the words, and a provocatively strong entry point. However, the release of the award-winning documentary Project: Bullyish serves as my definitive professional work, showcasing a sustained campaign of digital criminal persecution.

As a Director, I chose the medium of film, and to keep forensics clean, gritty, and raw. My film, procured in 2022 and screened in 2024 at the KIIFF film festival in California, spotlights criminal organized attacks, involving harassment, doxxing, and credible threats of violence.

Criminal Gaslighting

Showcased in screencaptures above is a demonstration of how a false narrative, can go criminal. In this case, utilizing the internet, the victim is the "aggressor", which is deliberately imposed as a form of criminal gaslighting, intended to invalidate any experience and neutralize any pursuit of justice.

Although the above shows a threat to my life, criminal harassment (screenshots showcasing a Belgian corporation making a fictional fight, which never occurred), discussions of gambling, and deepfakes, in the internet world, the victim is the villain!

The available evidence, confirmed by internal communications and digital records, and even in Bullyish film, substantiates that the aggressors' war cries of being "stalked" is a manipulative classic bait-and-switch. Since I was 15 years old, this ongoing, as they call themselves, "cult", has escalated into the illegal creation of non-consensual AI deepfakes and the operation of illicit gambling schemes related to their harassment efforts.

I see no victimhood in these criminals, nor need to give mercy. Instead, I see the stark image of a minor's face plastered across videos, some generating up to eleven million views, paired with trendy, flashy keywords and false narratives.

This is not commentary; this is the calculated, public exploitation of a child's image and, in fact, my registered intellectual property for personal, malicious, and financial gain.

Volume of International Law Violated: IP Piracy and Copyright

The totality of the evidence above, as a sample, reveals a coordinated campaign involving identity theft, intellectual property theft, and credible threats to my life (some shown in the film). These criminal acts are coupled with a deliberate, high-volume saturation of search engines. For example, using terms such as "doxxing," "insane," and "won't leave me alone"—specifically designed to disseminate false narratives and bury factual content.

The internet these corporations are betting, won't be people who do research, thus they can run the false narrative. It's been 10 years of my life so far.

The volume of this malicious material is stark proof of a criminal agenda. My response has been strictly professional and legal: I have not produced a single retaliatory video. Instead, my focus has been on litigation, resulting in retaining legal counsel and actively pursuing criminal action against each aggressor.

It should be noted, the core of this abuse is the systematic, uncompensated piracy of my intellectual property, which is ongoing. They steal, to then CREATE.

This theft is a clear violation of the Berne Convention; however, the aggressors attempt to mask their piracy of registered works behind a deceptive misrepresentation of "fair usage." In legal terms, the deliberate, unauthorized use of my material for commercial gain, coupled with the intent to injure my reputation, elevates the misconduct to digital piracy and actionable defamation.

Pursuing Accountability: The Lawsuit

I have actively engaged with law enforcement, filing reports with the police and the FBI to document every violation. In the United States, I am pursuing criminal action under federal statutes such as 18 U.S.C. § 2261A (Cyberstalking) and state laws targeting harassment, focusing on the aggressors' reckless disregard for the truth and the resulting reasonable fear of bodily injury (the threats are gore-ridden, and the FBI for internationals had to be reached for in example, bounties put on my head).

In addition, the newest documented non-consensual deepfake generation also falls under federal statutes like the "Take It Down Act," which specifically criminalizes the creation and distribution of such material. These materials were found on the very YouTubers (which are CORPORATIONS, not individuals running channels), claiming they're being "stalked". This is not a matter of opinion at this point - it is a matter of criminal accountability.

The evidence is now in the hands of authorities, establishing a clear path to justice.
